I have delivered results at Majid Al Futtaim, Chalhoub Group, and Emarat, including over $60 million in incremental revenue at Chalhoub and turning around EmCan, a loyalty and mobility super app that hit #1 in the UAE App Store Lifestyle category in 30 days and now serves more than 900,000 members.

I took ownership of the product blueprint for MAF and I.AM+'s first AI super app, reduced a 30-feature wishlist to a controlled MVP, repositioned the app as a channel for business units rather than a competing destination, and designed the integration layers to connect 14 services under one account, wallet, loyalty system, and AI experience. Within six months, the platform went from concept to production testing.
